Throughout their success, the Zogby brothers have remained grounded and have sought to give back to the communities that have helped establish them. The Zogbys work with local and national groups for the disabled. Through hard work and innumerable volunteer hours, they have given new life, and a productive place in society to those who once thought life would pass them by.

On October 27th, 2000, the company's many years as Employers of Distinction culminated in two prestigious awards that set the RDS family team apart.

Officiated by Governor George Pataki, RDS was honored with a Recognition Award from New York State's Office of Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities (VESID) for their continued support and work with the disabled. Through their efforts, not only has RDS become home to more than 50 disabled employees, but other companies throughout the NYC and metropolitan area have also followed suit by their example.

That same day, RDS were also the proud recipients of the Crain's Small Business Award, an award that has earned them national and local recognition for their business savvy and social responsibility.
